1. The monitor shows only zeros.

If the monitor does not function properly, the magnet and reed switch should be checked.

Pivot the pedal frame until the magnet is aligned with the reed switch. Slide the reed switch in or out until there is a 1/8" gap between the magnet and the reed switch. If necessary, loosen the #8 x 3/4" screw and adjust the position of the reed switch.

2. CardioGlide or Rider squeaks.

The link arms on the CardioGlide and Rider should be oiled every six months. Apply a few drops of light multi-purpose oil at the joints. The CardioGlide is shown.

3. Can I extend my extended warranty?

If you have an extended warranty through Universal Technical Services you can contact them to see if you are eligible for an extension. Their phone number is 1-800-677-3838.
